Dancing Wreath- Preserved Beech & Ting-Ting
Ikebana style design, using preserved red and autumnal colour beech leaves, natural rosette protea, natural brown bunny tails, and ting-ting.
Ikebana is the highly refined Japanese art of flower arranging. In this intricately designed wreath, I have incorporated the use of individual pieces of dried foliage (beech) and bunny tail heads using them to create line, space and form along a base of dried poppy curved stems on a red willow ring base. The finished product reminded me of someone dancing, hence the name!
Ikebana designs do take a lot longer to make because of the intricate detail involved in the process. This is a bespoke product so please contact me through email at info@wildgreenflorals for an approx timescale.
Size of base approx 10-12 inches.
All dried flowers and foliage should last for up to one year if care instructions are followed.
Keep out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources, keep away from water, give a very gentle dust when needed. Colours will fade naturally over time.
